New Breed doesn't use automated quote tools which typically provide retail pricing. These tools often utilize out-of-date residential databases creating quotes and paperwork that can ultimately be rejected by the carrier.
We don't "QUOTE & HOPE" We do it the old fashioned way: We verify every detail regarding the carrier's availability, capacity and prices.
We have deep relationships with all the major carriers and have the ability to secure the lowest rates and often obtain special promos or incentives that aren’t available outside the agent channel.

Quote Request –
- Upon receipt of your quote request form, an email response will be sent to you acknowledging receipt.
- An agent will either call or email if there are further questions.
- Quotations for services, from carriers in your location, will be sent to you; usually within a day. For certain services, pricing may take 48 hours.
- We will prepare and process the carrier’s contract documents.
- Follow the order through the installation process and coordinate with carrier, vendor and customer until provisioning is completed.
- We are your single point of contact for all issues or questions.
- Ongoing, your dedicated account representative will to service your account to resolve any support or billing issues for the life of the contract.
